Overview

A remake of “No Hiding Place”, a classic episode of Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads where Bob (Rodney Bewes) and Terry (James Bolam) try to avoid hearing the result of a football match. Original star Rodney Bewes had a cameo part in this. The original script was closely adhered to but was given an update by Ian Brown and James Hendrie, it was set in the present rather than the 1970s with some modern contemporary references.

It used the same original theme music. Thelma didn’t need to be cast as she was never in this episode – although she is referred to. NOTE: The unwieldy title is as it was billed on-screen.
